The Werewolf vs the Vampire Woman

This is one of the oddest stories ever written. It's a novelization (of sorts) of a 1971 movie of the same title. The author is either Scarm or Scram (note the name suffix of "a.s.p.c.d." on the book cover; what might that mean??) and he has enthusiasm, that's for sure. But can he write, your library needs this book to be complete.
