The maternity ward at Persona Catholic has a new Akino-san, who's pregnant with her second child. She delivered her first baby by c-section, but her husband's no help at home and she needs to bounce back as fast as possible, so she's hoping to have her second baby without resorting to surgery. Dr. Kounotori wants to respect her wishes and let her try, but Dr. Shinomiya isn't comfortable letting her take that risk...
