Recently honored by the Royal Photographic Society, Ian Wright began photographing celebrities in 1960 for a provincial newspaper in England. Aged 15, too young to drive, he bicycled to local venues photographing emerging artists of the swinging 60s, including the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Animals. Moving to the Sunday Times, Ian photographed Princess Diana’s wedding, politicians, movie stars and an amazing list of artists for the BBCs Royal Command Performances including, Dietrich, Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis and Larry Hagman. Join Ian on an incredible journey with his legendary photographs, fascinating backstage anecdotes and revisit the 60s revolution!
