The Fourteen Days of Grace
Scott Hungerford Four hundred years ago, the capitol of the kingdom of Trianna was destroyed in a magical disaster. As the assembled nobility from both Trianna and the neighboring kingdom of the Divide were all in attendance for a royal wedding, the castle-sundering blast killed all the nobles of both nations. Instead of celebrating the peace that King Kells had worked so hard to achieve, both kingdoms fell into disarray for centuries to come.
In the modern day it is the beginning of the Fourteen Days of Grace, a religious festival celebrating the end of harvest and the coming of winter. For knights and monks, nobles and constables, and seers and sorceresses, it is a time of celebration and change. But when a mysterious rider kills sixteen people in the village of Doves, his actions set off a chain of events that will reshape Trianna's destiny
