Cheat Holler, West Virginia was located near a military base conducting secret experiments in chemical warfare. Through a bizarre accident, a deadly drug was released into the town's water supply. It affected the minds of everyone who drank the water--releasing the savage and sadistic urges normally kept hidden under the veneer of society.
