Motivations Rule: Time Beyond Measure
Richard D. Smith Time focused people are driven by the ticking of the clock while event or circumstance driven people are never in control of the clock. Either orientation is not in our control unless we understand how these elements work. Without understanding and we will judge others as bad or wrong instead of just different from us. On the other hand, we can frustrate others when we do not pay attention to their "time needs." Accommodating to others does not mean we have to give up who we are but we can learn to control the ticking clock within us and control the circumstances so we can make free choices! Differences often attract us but also irritate us! We love the carefree personality but hate the waiting all the time on him/her to get a move on. Read and find out who you really are and why you may either fit or not fit into mainstream society!
