All the attention is focused on the white face under the stage lights and on the perfect movements of a black figure with white gloves. The fullness og life, with its ups and downs, flows from the stage. The mime has to avoid the obstacles of life and triumph over them with poetic agility. There is silence. The actor is speaking in all the languages of the world. After more than thirty years on stage Carlos Martínez has decided to break his silence and gently transform his world of gestures into letters and words.
