Bongard diagrams: Pattern recognition and art

Twenty-two original plates inspired by M Bongard's pattern recognition research. The book is complemented with relevant technical references and a short animation. Jean Constant included the original pattern outlines with the artwork, giving an additional appreciation for the final composition. Both black and white color plates are striking works of art and provide sound scientific information for all those research patterns or enjoy abstract composition based on a solid scientific background.
