Love Your Clinic: How to Set Up Your Business

This book is for anyone who has a passion to start up or indeed have started to run their own business, it relates specifically to clinic/salon/client booking type of businesses. You’ve trained in your chosen career path - permanent makeup, advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, holistics, beauty and you are raring to go but feel like although you can deliver your treatments, you’re not actually sure how to create and run your business. This is to get your thoughts organised, give you a starting direction based on my own personal experienced setting up our Permanent makeup business. We started out by renting a room from a local salon for 6 months then rented our own premises to run our clinic and later added in our skin therapy business in to our existing space.
