To the North the Antillean Sea and The Insurgent / Por el norte el mar de las Antillas y El insurgente

Two stories written by the late Venezuelan author, translator, and editor Esdras Parra in 1968, just years before she transitioned. In these stories we see Parra struggle with gender, time/memory, identity, and the very nature and structure of the world around her. This booklet will be structured in the tête-bêche manner with two front covers, each of which will open onto a different version of the text of the stories: the English language cover for the translations, the Spanish language one for the original.
