Excerpt from O'hare Rapid Transit Extension Before/After Interim Survey Results; April 1983 Parking Vehicles parked at the Cumberland and River Road stations were observed to determine their origin. These observations were made during mid day ih mid - March, 1983 and included the recording of communities issuing the tax sticker. If no windshield tax sticker was available the state license number was recorded. A search of the Secretary of State's files provided the community of origin for those vehicles not displaying a windshield tax sticker.
