First in the Game

A Dream State Saga short story. Brock Driver, screenname Brockodile, is an experienced gaming blogger. When he’s offered the chance to beta-test the Dream Engine, a brand new virtual reality gaming system, he is eager to share it with his following. Beta-testing a revolutionary system is the chance of a lifetime, but as time goes on, Brock can’t quite shake the feeling that beneath the stunning technology and prestigious company lies something more sinister. This short LitRPG story gives an inside look into the creation of the Dream Engine and the events leading up to the Dream State Saga.
