sadistic Runner

The cruel tale of a young girl trapped in the legal system. Orphaned by the death of her parents, Runner is sent to live with her aunt and uncle. While there she becomes embroiled in a series of crimes, resulting in her conviction for murder. The police sergeant responsible for her arrest offers to marry her, saving her from spending the rest of her life in prison. In accepting his offer of marriage, Runner gains a husband but loses herself.
