Remembering Saigon: Sacei Forum #1 February 2008

A REVIEW OF VIETNAMESE CULTURE THE SACEI FORUM is published twice a year by SACEI (SAIGON ARTS, CULTURE, EDUCATION INSTITUTE), a non-profit organization that promotes Vietnamese arts and culture through workshops, discussions, publications, and shows. THE SACEI FORUM includes works covering Vietnamese history, language, literature, folklore, theater, music, and painting. It is hoped that Vietnamese-Americans will contribute to this effort to preserve a precious cultural heritage and a historical experience.
