Candied Maple Bacon Murder

When Heather Shepherd gets a frantic call from Honey Trickle, asking for help, she’s incredibly concerned, but that concern turns into downright horror when it’s revealed that Honey has been murdered… right on Heather’s front porch. She’s angry and determined to bring the killer to justice, especially after she discovers that Amy’s boyfriend, Kent, might be a suspect. Armed with her superior investigating skills and enough Candied Maple Bacon Donuts to feed an army – and half the country – Heather sets out to solve the case. But things back at the bakery are heating up, especially with a new store competing for the attention of some of her most loyal customers. And Ryan’s new ‘boss’ isn’t making things any easier. Heather has to focus on finding the truth and avoided the treacherous tall tales of one of Hillside’s newest residents. Solving this one could be more difficult than icing a donut, fresh out the oven.
