Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861) was a renowned Japanese printmaker whose works are displayed at museums and art galleries worldwide. His subjects included kabuki theater, landscapes, samurai, mythical animals, and...cats. Kuniyoshi's cats are smart, playful, and mischievous. They transcend time and culture, and populate the pages of this coloring book. Thirty-two high-resolution pictures taken directly from Kuniyoshi's prints. Each colorable image is on a single side of a page, with room for notes on the other side.
