Fair Is The Morning

Connie a young school teacher moves the to rural town of Hickory Ridge to write a thesis on rural schools. The job soon proves to be a greater challenge than she had first imagined. Not only is the Community run down but there is an undercurrent of opposition to all her plans. Soon Connie fall s in love with the town and befriends a young newcomer to the town. Soon She also wins the friendship of everyone else in the town but still can't seem to support her goals to help the community. The climax of the story is Dramatic and the mysterious opposition to her plans are finally explained.
