Vampires, werewolves, and creatures stranger still are the true apex predators, and have preyed on mankind since the dawn of time. The Inquisition is the only institution which stands against them, and its Inquisitors-- psychics, telepaths, empaths, and other humans blessed with paranormal gifts-- are the knights and agents it sends out in pairs to combat the creatures which slay their kind. Tor and Deacon are one such pair, longtime gay lovers and monster hunters for the Inquisition.
