Maybe not the way someone else would, but I fixed it my way.” Carol speaks a language Rose doesn’t understand. Not a foreign language but a language other dementia patients speak. Carol gets combative when she and her friends are abused or mistreated. She tries to make the world a better place for those who are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia. But in the process she uncovers Medicaid fraud. This is a work of fiction Rose has had in her mind many years. Only after reading news articles did Rose think it necessary to write this.
