The Little Mexican Donkey Boy

The fact that Dodo was one of the laziest boys in Mexico and spent much of his time sleeping will not affect his popularity with young readers, most of whom prefer a hero much like themselves with faults to overcome. And right manfully does Dodo conquer his besetting sin in the end, when he discovers that he has artistic talent enough to become a great potter.
