However, he does have one thing to look forward a date with the girl of his dreams (literally); a down-on-her-luck waitress from across the street. Or at least he would have if he hadn’t been hit by a car on his way to meet her. While the doctors struggle to keep the comatose young man alive, Sam wakes up in his own personal dream world filled with the fantastic creatures, quirky characters and mysterious locales found in his failed books. From a secluded Lock Box Tower containing his most painful memories to an underwater city under attack by a monster that suspiciously resembles his abusive father, he’ll have to traverse the sweeping land of his own imagination if he wants any chance of returning to reality.
