Ophelia McKenzie has been burned badly. And not just in love, but in friendships too. It's little wonder that she's built walls, avoiding making any connections with those in the city she now calls home. Until Nate comes along. A dorky guy to her geeky girl, Nate starts to take down Lia's defenses and let's her see that not everyone has that small town mentality.
