Today I am learning to take anxiety by the hand and teach this trembling, fragile beast that we are (and yet will be) okay. In their debut collection, MJ Anthony navigates a complicated web of intersecting topics such as complex trauma, neurodiversity, lasting illness, and practicing self-love in a body long-alienated from you.
