Trick and the California Otters have hit the big-time. Eight years on from struggling to pay the bills, they’re making millions, with Echo’s studio and Lottie’s savvy agent skills covering their backs and Trick at the helm. Everyone is living their best life, blissfully unaware that there might be a storm on the horizon.After a stunt goes wrong and he’s lucky to survive, Trick starts asking questions about himself that lead to a secret that could unravel everything fast if it got out. Trick decides to bury it as deep as he can for now, because the green-light to film Dictator Envy is right around the corner and nothing can stop him from reaching it. As tensions start to brew between his cast and crew, Trick realises he might not be the only one who’s keeping secrets. When a tragedy suddenly strikes the team everyone seems to become united, but one person seems determined to get what they want at all cost. It becomes clear to Trick that the cost includes anyone and anything. If he doesn’t launch the California Otters’ breakout film a certain way, he may never live to launch it at all.
