Living in a dictatorship on a collision course with the United States, all Milo Caspian wants to have is a normal teenage life but he is cursed by visions.Milo is a sceptic and thinks his gifts are just abnormal brain activity but Beloved Leader appears to be a believer. He makes Milo a Captain of the ‘Santebal’, the feared secret police, and orders him to use his abilities to solve a triple murder case.Milo knows how dangerous the assignment is.
