The Bench Made From Green Recycled Plastic

This one's about a messed up kid. It was hard to write and now that I'm done I don't want to even think about it. The intention was to write a story that ran parallel to another story of mine, "Cain's Education." Thematically, this story touches on many of the same themes as "Red Oblong Dots." The following is what I came up with. This series of short stories is written in the same world as the novels, Farmers and Cannibals, But the Angels Never Came, and Just After the Fall. The stories, as well as, the novels are written in no particular order. Many of the characters are the same throughout.
