The scientist was dying, but even in his last throes he sought a means to defy death. He formulated a means of suspending his body in time until a cure for the disease could be found. And with him, he took a formula that could spell the extinction of mankind. Commander Simon Rack and Bogart, his assistant, were detailed to bring the formula back to the Galactic Security Service. They shipped out to Paradise, centre of the cryogenics operation, only to find themselves facing a deadly plot to seize the formula. A plot masterminded by Rack's most lethal enemy: Harley Corman.
