...What is the true measure of a hero you ask of Mighty Zeus on Olympus. But he will not say. He smiles his godly smile, a bare tilt of the lips as he looks away far into the distance. Worry not. He proclaims. It has all been determined. By me... A hero is about to blaze across the skies. He will be the most radiant of stars, his fame will resound across the lands, his tales will be sung and soon throughout Hellas stories will abound of his mighty deeds. He will touch greatness, taste worship and glimpse the very heights of Olympus. Triumph shall be his. Victory shall his. Glory shall be his. But before the day be out the fates too shall have their say and their ordinances none shall disobey, and every hero, every last one, must one day meet their ends.
