Existentialism Versus Marxism

There is an increasing division between Existentialism and Marxism, despite Jean-Paul Sartre's attempts to bridge these two influential philosophies of the twentieth century. The chief difference lies in the rational and irrational conceptions of the nature of the universe and of society. The expression of this condition has become more vehement and widespread, as is indicated in EXISTENTIALISM VERSUS MARXISM.
