Does this book have pictures? NO. Why not? I wanted to provide you with routines that are easy to read. Including pictures in Kindle format comes out wrong on various reading devices. I decided to keep it simple.
To help you fit the routines into your schedule, each workout has an allotted amount of time for completion. Only have 10-minutes? No problem! I’ve got you covered. These workouts are 10 or 15-minutes long. You choose depending on how much time YOU have. Have more time and feel motivated? Do more than one.
