Old Growth, Clear-Cut: Poems of Haida Gwaii

A collection of poems written after a trip I took to Haida Gwaii (the Queen Charlotte Islands) in B.C., in the summer of 2007. These poems reflect the awe I experienced standing in an ancient forest, as well as the devastation of clear-cutting - both of trees and of a whole culture. My poetry has been published in literary reviews all over the world, including the Best Canadian Poetry anthology (2011).
