The Search For Private Flint

Private Flint faces a German enfilade for the first time as he crosses no mans land, but is diverted to save another soldier’s life. This soldier’s past life has been hard, hides dark secrets, does not extend much further into that future, and entwines Flint, ultimately, into its fallout. The soldier, recovers from his wound, but is then murdered, in London. Flint, during leave, is drawn into it by a malevolent policeman; he is accused, pursued. Fortitude maintains his life whilst justice presses him to unravel a complex puzzle — with the help of an ally. London, 1916, not even one hundred years past; a fascinatingly, different world though, to the one we now populate: full of courage, strength, adversity; our great grandparents lived through the circumstance of war.
