Not surprisingly, much of the information as to the publisher of this (again) unknown edition are unknown. Still, despite the eye searing disgust experienced in reading this book, it is never-the-less important to keep knowledge of such publications alive for the purpose of reminding ourselves that the content, adoption, and application of works such as this never again take root in our modern society.
