The Farm is no longer the only thing I need to survive.The Farm gets quieter every day as the contagion Juliette brought inside its walls kills indiscriminately. Contact with the outside world reduces as millions die. Isolated with Stone, the doctor and my handlers, one by one we begin to succumb to the virus. The drugs to fight it don’t work and my treatments need to be maintained so that my time here can end but with so many dead, my role here is now more necessary than ever and my body is growing to accept it more easily with every passing day.
