Marked for death by a despotic monarch, Heather joins with a group of revolutionaries known as the Dragon Rebels. Amongst them is a trio of shape-shifting wizards, former rulers who claim to be from the past. She travels to the savage island of Boravagg, seeking to free the wizards' magic from the Dragonstone.
