Bailey's running for president of her fifth grade class, and she's got to win! She's even writing to the President of the U.S. for an endorsement! And her best friend Kevin is helping her concoct some wild schemes for winning votes. Anything to beat stuck-up Janie, whose father is printing posters and giving her money to buy presents--and votes. With such competition, how can Bailey compete? With brains!
