A fellow member of Albany's gay community has left Don Strachey a legacy of 2.5 million dollars that Strachey is to use to destroy Albany's political machine. It's an unpleasant--and unhealthy--mess that involves him with drug traffickers, a homophobic cop, and the dead man's dark family history.
