Billy and the Barglebogle

The arrival of Billy's new baby is accompanied by that of the terrible Barglebogle, who keeps getting Billy into trouble. Eventually, Billy discovers that the Barglebogle is after his new baby sister, and only Billy can save her. Peter Utton is a past winner of the Children's Book Award.
