A MONSTEROUS BEAST STALKS THE WILDERNESS! Jessica Dutton and her cousin, Isaac, are vacationing in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho with their families. They'll spend days skiing and snowboarding... but this year, Jessica and Isaac decide to try something else: snowshoeing. There are many trails near the lodge where they're staying, and they think it will be fun to try something new and do a little exploring on their own. But Jessica has an uneasy feeling. For years, there have been rumors about a strange, bigfoot-like creature roaming the forests of Idaho. Some call it the ice beast, and a few people have claimed to have seen the mysterious monster. Still others have said to have had horrible encounters with the creature. But there really is no ice beast... is there? Jessica and Isaac are about to find out that the stories about the Idaho ice beast aren't just tall tales. The pair are about to come face to face with a creature that, up until now, was only alive in myths and legends. The trouble is: will they live to tell about it?
