It's July 4, 2076. Environmental disasters, magnified by a massive Comet, pummel the planet. Science fights back but out of Pandora's box comes cloning. Cloning becomes rampant. President Nash, seeking a 5th term, mandates a roundup of all Clones, sending them to an island where they will be separate but equal. Nash rules the Moralist party; the Arsonists are the opposition. Nash's mandate triggers the Second Civil War, and Texas, California, and Alaska secede from the Nation. Thallium is Nash's son; Tucker is an Arsonist soldier. Their paths cross as the world leaders gather in one last attempt to prevent the U.S. Civil War from exploding into a global war, one Humanity will not survive. Can Thallium stop the looming war? Will Tucker stop Thallium?
