Life of Brian

My husband, our children, and I lived with Brian's long-term illness for many years. Our lives revolved around it, his illness shaping our world. Despite this, we have had a wonderful life, full of memories we will treasure forever, memories that we talk of often, not in sadness but in delight, with a smile on our faces as we remember him. There are also sad memories, of events that tore us apart at the time, yet we are now able to look back on them as part of our history.This is one family's story of what we went through together, and how we pulled through it. The family survived and continues, in many ways due to Brian's strength, unfailing optimism and dedication to his family.
