From the shadows of my soul

The geneses of stories are as infinite as the chambers of the heart. Some come from the light, others from the shadows, and when from the shadows, the teller is exposed--stripped naked and vulnerable before the eyes of the reader. A fair question for the Why expose yourself? The only answer that I know of is that a purging is sought, though the cruel end is that it will never be fully attained.
