--This is the third lesbian title in the Little Sister's Classics series, which resurrects out-of-print gay and lesbian books, following The Young in One Another's Arms (Jane Rule) and Patience & Sarah (Isabel Miller). --Sarah is widely regarded as one of the U.S.'s most talented lesbian writers; in 2006, she will also be promoting her new novel The Child (Carroll & Graf) along with Empathy.
