Tales of a Dead King

American teenagers John Robie and Karen Lacey fly to Aswan, Egypt, to work on an archaeological excavation headed by John's great-uncle, Dr. Erich Leonhardt. To their dismay, on their arrival in Aswan they discover that Dr. Leonhardt is nowhere to be found. Has he been kidnapped?
